Soludo's ANSEC Scores the Conduct of Anambra By-elections Excellent   Anambra State Executive Council (ANSEC) has reviewed the by-elections held in Anambra South Senatorial District and Onitsha North 1 Constituency to replace the departed seat holders. With over 64 percent of the votes, the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) won both seats by a landslide.
