ACT Foundation Convenes Africa's Leaders for Annual Breakfast Dialogue on Youth Enterprise and Ecosystem Building

Lagos, Nigeria – November 3, 2026: Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation is hosting the 2026 edition of its flagship annual conference, the ACT Foundation Breakfast Dialogue (BFD), themed “From Skills to Scale: Building the Ecosystems Africa’s Young Enterprises Need to Thrive,” today, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Holding virtually, the Dialogue will address the critical gaps between skills, capital, and market opportunities facing young African entrepreneurs. The event will examine how multi-sector leaders can move beyond isolated interventions to build connected ecosystems that empower young enterprises to move from survival to scale.

Renowned Executive Coach and Founder/CEO of Gemstone Group, Fela Durotoye, will deliver the Keynote Address, setting the tone on building Africa’s next generation of sustainable enterprises. He will be joined by a distinguished lineup of cross-sector leaders, including Mezuo Nwuneli (Sahel Capital), Dr. Chinyere Almona (Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Abiodun Olubitan (Access Bank PLC), Andrew Tarazid-Tarawali (Small Foundation), Tochukwu Ezeukwu (Capital As A Force), and Andrew Olowude (Xenet AI), with sessions moderated by Chinonso Clark (Lead For Good Africa) and Em Ekong (Urban Inclusion Community Ltd). The event will be hosted by Omoye Oriaghan, CEO of CO Communications Limited.

A key outcome of this year’s Dialogue is the introduction of the 2026 Opportunity Compact, designed to capture actionable, measurable commitments from government, corporate, finance, and social sector leaders to strengthen SME growth infrastructure across Africa.
